To become a member of the SACG please contact us for an application form. Note you will also need to provide the following documentation:

• Copy of your Workers Compensation Certificate/Exemption
• MESC Number
• Federal ID Number or Social Security Number
• Copy of your current Licenses*

*If your business is required by the State of Michigan to secure a license to operate your business.
